Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Specialist - Notices.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve agency notices for clients, identifying root
causes and preventive measures
Prepare and distribute correspondence to tax agencies and clients
regarding tax issues and resolutions
Maintain knowledge of payroll taxes and assist clients with
tax-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet
tight deadlines
Knowledge of federal, state, and local revenue and unemployment
filing requirements is a plus
Proactive and quick learner with a demonstrated drive to enhance
process efficiencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and
VLOOKUPs
Availability to work extended hours during peak season volume
