Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations,
including consolidation, corporate accounting, and financial
reporting
Lead and mentor a team of 20+ accounting professionals, ensuring
compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Coordinate with external auditors and assist with special projects
and ad-hoc requests as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 15 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in
the SaaS industry and with Big 4 experience
Extensive experience in consolidation accounting and a strong
understanding of US GAAP
Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor
a large team
