Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Controller, operating remotely
in the Real Estate Investment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including financial
reporting and payroll through Yardi ERP
Oversee the financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely
financial reporting for development and acquisition activities
Establish and monitor internal controls and risk management
frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA designation
Expertise in Yardi ERP
5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or fund
management
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial
reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
