Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Customer Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer experience and timely responses to
support inquiries
Assist customers with product configurations and resolve
queries
Log customer interactions and escalate complex issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software support, IT,
accounting, finance, or related fields
Accounting knowledge, familiarity with HOA, Quickbooks, or similar
software
Experience with Windows-based computer systems and mobile platforms
(iOS and Android)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot
issues
Open to feedback and coaching, with a strong work ethic
