Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collection Representative 2.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers with delinquent accounts to determine reasons for
overdue payments
Arrange debt repayment or establish repayment schedules based on
customers' financial situations
Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts while
issuing daily reports on delinquent accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws regulating
collection activities
Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and
weekends
Experience in handling bankruptcy programs and payment
processing
