Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher of the Deaf and Hard
of Hearing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized, remote instruction to students who are Deaf or
Hard of Hearing
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans
(IEPs) for each student
Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet students'
individual needs
Required Qualifications
New York Teaching Certification in Deaf and Hard of Hearing
(required)
New York Professional Educator's License
Proven experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students,
including IEP development
Strong proficiency with virtual classroom tools and technology
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
