Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Modeling and Simulation
(M&S) Engineer with a healthcare background.
Key Responsibilities
Provide simulation support to assess operational performance issues
and evaluate functions and tasks
Perform simulation studies to compare current performance with
potential system performance for informed decision-making
Collaborate with team members to define customer goals and shape
work activities accordingly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience in Modeling
and Simulation (M&S)
Extensive experience in model design and simulation, including
complex multi-system simulations
Proficiency in programming languages and simulation software,
including Python scripting and Object Oriented Programming
Ability to create abstract representations of real-world systems
and implement various simulation techniques
Experience in validating and verifying models to enhance simulation
reliability
