Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Analytics Engineer (Claims).
Responsibilities:
Own and lead projects independently and in collaboration with
cross-functional teams
Develop a deep understanding of how data is used in analytics and
to power patient and care team experiences
Collaborate with the data platform to inform the development of
tools to scale data modeling and rollout
Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience in highly quantitative roles or
equivalent advanced degrees
Ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous projects
Hands-on experience using analytics to drive data-informed
decision-making
Experience navigating and joining across multiple complex data sets
using relational databases
Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and experience with
healthcare claims data preferred
