Key Responsibilities

strategy and reporting

Develop data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and
retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or operations in a
B2B environment
Proven experience managing a team of marketing analysts and
operations professionals
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead
generation
Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, including
Google Analytics and Power BI
