A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships with top brands across
various industries
Develop and execute strategic plans for account renewals and
upsells
Analyze client needs and market trends to identify upselling and
cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
7+ years of direct client management experience, preferably in a
B2B SaaS environment
Strong sales and renewal pipeline management skills
Fundamental understanding of brand strategy and consumer
insights
Significant experience building customer relationships at a senior
level
