Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Experience Manager - US.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the in-house HR expert, managing complex people-related
matters throughout the EOR employee lifecycle
Oversee EOR employee processes including onboarding, off-boarding,
performance management, and payroll
Provide high-level support to EOR employees and assist in creating
scalable systems for HR operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of international HR experience in a high-volume,
fast-paced environment
Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus
Strong analytical skills for resolving complex HR issues
Data-driven mindset focused on improving employee experience
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is
a plus
