Key Responsibilities
Oversee and cultivate a culture of Sales Engineering excellence to
drive competitive advantage
Establish operational excellence and align KPIs with Sales
Leadership to improve technical win rates
Develop and implement SE talent programs, onboarding standards, and
global pipeline creation initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading go-to-market teams
Experience managing Sales Engineering teams across the Americas or
Eastern US
Proven track record in building global programs aligned with sales
priorities
Experience in SE Enablement and establishing KPI standards
regionally
Ability to engage in senior executive roles for Marketing and
Corporate events
