Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Frontline Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead incident management and drive continuous improvement for
reliability and performance
Define and measure key performance metrics to identify trends and
business impact
Develop and maintain operational procedures and adapt to evolving
needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience;
advanced degree or certifications are a plus
5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure
engineering, or similar roles
At least 2 years of management experience with a proven track
record of team leadership
Experience with Windows and Linux environments, including scripting
and database management
Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with
containerization technologies
