Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Workforce Management to
lead planning and operations teams in a rapidly growing logistics
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Workforce Management team to enhance efficiency and
innovation
Ensure team meets service level agreements while prioritizing
customer and teammate experience
Develop a data operations team to improve staffing efficiencies and
protect service level agreements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional leadership experience in analytical
teams
7+ years of experience in forecasting for customer demand or
workforce planning
Proficient in SQL preferred
Demonstrated success in cross-functional projects
Ability to operate at a detailed level while maintaining focus on
overall goals
