Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure
seamless execution of product roadmaps and operational
initiatives
Evaluate, refine, and implement processes to improve scalability,
efficiency, and alignment across teams
Develop tools, dashboards, and reports to track performance
metrics, identify opportunities, and support informed
decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product operations, business operations,
or related roles, ideally within a B2C or digital environment
Proven ability to optimize processes and scale operations to
support product and business growth
Strong data analytics skills, with experience designing and
leveraging reporting tools for decision-making
Financial and business acumen, with experience building business
cases and managing budgets for operational initiatives
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
