Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager NOC I to lead engineering and
operational efforts for Enterprise Federal network and
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage people and customer commitments for designated Federal
customers
Supervise staff performance, training, and departmental
objectives
Establish effective working relationships to resolve issues
timely
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, with 5-7
years related experience and 2+ years in a managerial role
2-4 years of telecommunications knowledge and experience
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Must be available 24/7 to support network emergencies
