Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Readiness Manager, Channel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic enablement initiatives for Channel Partner teams to
drive success with SaaS solutions
Design and execute engaging training content and certifications in
collaboration with various teams
Identify knowledge gaps and develop tailored training programs to
enhance partner skills and success
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in partner-facing roles within a SaaS or B2B
tech environment
At least 2 years in enablement, training, or learning development
focused on channel partners
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent in
Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proven success in building enablement programs that drive channel
growth and customer satisfaction
Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, SaaS product offerings,
and channel marketing strategies
