A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management
and Operations to lead product strategy and operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with
business goals
Oversee the product development lifecycle and implement agile
methodologies for continuous improvement
Lead operational processes to enhance product delivery and monitor
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in product management and operations, with
at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of scaling products and operations in a
fast-paced environment
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and
resource allocation
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead
cross-functional teams
