Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, User Care to lead a team
focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to
ensure effective resolution of inquiries
Handle escalated issues and provide solutions while monitoring team
performance through KPIs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and
enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
Four years of experience in customer service with two years in a
management role
Proven leadership and coaching abilities focused on team
development
Experience managing escalations and complex customer issues
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Jira
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
