Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director, Digital
Growth (Website/SEO).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive website and SEO strategies to
drive organic growth and new member acquisition
Monitor and analyze performance metrics using SEO tools to inform
decision-making and optimize strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tests and
pilots that improve engagement and organic performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a
related discipline
Deep understanding of SEO tools and principles, including technical
SEO and backlinking
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends, and best
practices
