Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Shared Services to
oversee the North America Shared Services Center and drive
operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Expand and evolve shared services to meet broader business
needs
Drive standardization and scalable processes across the
organization
Manage relationships with third-party service providers and oversee
SSC staff performance
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in a leadership role in
shared services
Strong knowledge of COSO, SOX controls, and US GAAP
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required, MBA
preferred
Proven experience with system implementations and process
automation
Strong leadership experience managing large, distributed teams
