A company is looking for a Director, Payroll to oversee and
manage payroll operations for a large workforce in North
America.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee in-house payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency
Guide and implement best practices for payroll procedures and
compliance
Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team while collaborating
with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing multi-state and multi-country
payrolls
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM systems and ADP
Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex
tasks
Proven ability to transform payroll functions for automation and
scalability
