Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Alternative
Transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the movement of cargo in compliance with organizational
policies and regulations
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency
and performance of logistics personnel
Evaluate staff performance and monitor workloads to meet key
performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 15 years of domestic freight experience
Minimum 10 years of management experience
Thorough knowledge of domestic freight markets and operations
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
