A company is looking for a Head of North America Deal
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale the AMER Deal Management team during high-growth
phases
Set the vision and pace of the business across functional areas
while ensuring effective deal execution
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to remove
blockers and drive deal management initiatives
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in deal management, procurement, pricing
strategy, financial consulting, or legal
8+ years of experience managing and developing a team
Experience working in rapidly scaling environments
Deep understanding of the Payments domain or SaaS
BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics; MBA or
JD preferred
