• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the freight brokerage.
• Lead the development of digital tools that streamline carrier and shipper interactions.
• Build seamless digital experiences for carriers to book loads and shippers to receive quotes quickly and efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize load matching, pricing algorithms, and marketplace dynamics.
• Drive automation efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely execution.Qualifications
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with machine learning models for pricing and load optimization.
    • Background in building marketplace or network-based products.
