sales operations through budget and expense management,
coordinating marketing support and project management of strategic
initiatives. Ensures efficient operation and maintenance of
administrative programs/processes Serves as a liaison between field
and sales personnel.Profile Description:
- Supports sales within channel through development and tracking
of sales metrics, incentive programs and sales initiatives.
- Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process
and participates in the development of requirements for sales
support systems. Support technology for advisors that contribute to
company sales and growth objectives.
- Works closely with sales staff in developing and maintaining
strong business relationships with internal and external
clients.
- Participate as requested on special project, product
development, marketing, CRM systems, and compensation.
- Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational
efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force including rollout
of new tools and service offerings to our distributors.
- Maintains information of sales activities that support sales
performance metrics and sales process improvement.
- Coordinates case management processes with business partners.
Manages new case implementation to ensure timeliness and accuracy
standards are met.
- Assist in establishing sales & service agreements.
- Coordinate licensing and contracting for both individual and
entity appointments.
- Researches, identifies and resolves problems related to
specific responsibilities and recommends
solutions/improvements.
- Assist in development and delivery of training modules to
internal and external customers.
- May coordinate preparation and distribution of sales
materials.
- Create management information and ad hoc reports required by
assigned distribution channels.
- Interact with other areas of the company and outside business
partners.Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years related experience required.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 required.
- Information analysis and reporting experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize
effectively required.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation
skills
- Travel maybe required for off-site meetings &
conferences.#LI-NV1Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed
to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for
comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary
range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in
the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers
incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales
incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to
reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this
posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted
salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work
experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level
and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time
roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours
