Deputy Operations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Deputy Operations Manager to oversee operations and underwriting interactions related to policy management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage submissions, booking, billing, and risk recording
Oversee the generation of program and reinsurance reports while liaising with reinsurers and partners
Support the Operations Manager in ensuring timely execution of deals and compliance with corporate requirements

Required Qualifications

Min. 10 years of experience in operations, insurance, or reinsurance
Familiarity with operations and finance in the insurance sector
Strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate and communicate across multiple teams and locations
Customer service orientation
