Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, update, implement, manage, and enforce the company's
compliance plan and policies
Prepare and coordinate compliance training materials for employees
and contractors
Manage investigations on compliance incidents and provide timely
advice to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance
Compliance certification (or will become certified within 1
year)
Working knowledge of HIPAA, OIG compliance, and U.S. healthcare
fraud and abuse laws
Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations in
relevant medical fields is preferred
