A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Production
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the production team in executing marketing
campaigns across all platforms
Collaborate with various teams to align on campaign objectives and
ensure accountability
Lead and mentor the production team while optimizing workflows and
operational processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field preferred
7+ years of experience in marketing production, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Strong leadership and team management experience
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with Strategy,
Creative, and Account Management teams
Proven experience handling large-scale marketing campaigns across
multiple platforms
