Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Data
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a comprehensive customer data strategy to enhance
personalization and customer loyalty
Unify data-driven strategies across various marketing channels to
deliver a cohesive customer experience
Forecast customer behavior trends and implement strategies to
increase Average Order Value (AOV) and long-term customer value
(LTV)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree
preferred
10+ years of progressive work experience, including 5 years in
e-commerce and customer data management
Deep understanding of e-commerce, customer data platforms (CDPs),
and marketing automation
Experience managing large-scale data projects and budgets
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
