Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts & Pricing Strategy Senior
Manager, Rare Disease.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and take ownership of access strategies for key rare
disease products
Support pricing and contracting scenarios, contract decisions, and
manage the Latest Estimate Discount Rate process
Engage with cross-functional partners to align on payer strategy
and negotiations
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's
degree and 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or an
Associate's degree and 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED and
12 years of experience in market access, sales and marketing
operations, contracting, or pricing
Prior experience in contracts and pricing or direct payer
experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence various
stakeholders
Experience building financial models and working with large
datasets
Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and its interactions with
government
