A company is looking for an Account Manager, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to clients to reinforce
program ROI and insights
Partner with Sales and Program Implementation to support business
development and optimize existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and
manage the Regulatory review submission process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in client management within
pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency
A college degree
Experience using CRM software like Salesforce and project
management platforms like JIRA
Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
Willingness to think critically and solve problems creatively
