Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Business
Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design process workflows and create technical documentation for
Technology Service functions
Assist with security assessments, business continuity plans, and
change management processes
Develop training materials and manage small projects related to
IT
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, BC/DR
Analyst, or Technical Writer
Minimum of 2+ years' experience with Disaster Recovery and Business
Continuity programs
Minimum of 2+ years' experience analyzing data and building reports
using tools like Excel
Demonstrated project management experience
In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and related
components
