• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Proven multi-site Regional Director experience in senior living settings
• Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management, business development, business accounting, budget processes, and nursing operations
• Willingness to travel, including unexpected travel as needed
• Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance standards and clinical practices within the senior living industry
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
