Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to
generate qualified leads
Provide continuous training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance
sales processes and skills
Analyze performance metrics and optimize processes for improved
results
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales leadership experience
Previous cold calling experience required
Experience working with enterprise customers and C-suite
executives
Strong project management skills and organizational efficiency
Passion for lead generation processes and technology
