Oversite of medication distribution programManage the Random Drug Testing / Last Change ProgramEnhance cooperation between Operations, Safety, Nurses and relevant outside medical supportEvaluating the coordination of the medical teams to ensure the success of organizationEnsuring that licenses, certifications and training is up to date for the nursing staffAssisting in the training and promotion of the nursing staffEnsuring that the nursing staff comply with all federal and state regulations and codesManaging the organizations occupational medical budgetOther duties as assignedThis is an on-site position.Qualifications:Qualified candidates for the Corporate Medical Director position should possess the following:Licensed Medical Doctor focused on Occupational MedicineExcellent management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal and conflict-resolution skillsHas run an Occupational Clinic (preferred)Ability to manage a muti-site medical programApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.Company Overview:National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
