Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medication Management Informaticist
(Limited Tenure) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic business partner to clinical informatics,
creating technical solutions for medication-related issues
Manage and deliver medication-related data, information, and
knowledge, including reporting and analytics
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and projects related to
medication management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or Pharmacy BS degree if
graduated before 2000
Completion of an accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in pharmacy
informatics, or PGY1 residency plus 2 years of relevant experience,
or 4 years of applicable experience
License to practice Pharmacy in assigned work area
Current Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required
Preferred: Informatics-related certification or advanced degree
program
