Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health
Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment
plans, and complete ongoing documentation
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic
team to address community needs
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for
full-time clinicians
Required Qualifications and Skills
Must hold clinical licensure in the state of Ohio (LPC, LPCC)
Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an
accredited institution
Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans,
and clinical case notes
Comfortable working with a diverse client base
Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
