Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Rx Clinical Programs
Pharmacist (VSP/PT).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medication therapy and optimize prescription drugs for
patients on multiple medications
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and drive health awareness
through patient education and outreach campaigns
Make decisions on complex issues regarding project components and
influence departmental strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
Active pharmacist license in the required state(s)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
Previous experience with pharmacy benefits management is
preferred
3 or more years of clinical experience in managed care is
preferred
