Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Educator - Post Acute
Care.
Key Responsibilities
Support the PAC Clinical Orientation Program and collaborate with
stakeholders for effective onboarding
Provide education on clinical documentation and best practices
through live calls and training sessions
Serve as a resource for clinical education concerns and assist in
improving clinician performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in practicing APC in PAC settings
Working knowledge of billing, coding, and documentation
requirements for PAC service lines
Strong knowledge of Skilled and Long-Term Care Facility structures
and functions
2-3 years of clinical and technology training experience
Ability to cultivate Executive Presence and demonstrate
professional conduct
