    • Required Drivers License/State ID
    • Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start

    • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    • IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other) required for LPNs - must be obtained in state of MO or accepted by state of MO
      • Additional Details
      • AHA only (RQI acceptable) - Required for RRT's.
      • Required annually for HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
      • P/F Advanced Dysrhythmia required prior to start for RNs in specific units
      • Candidate must review and sign Confidentiality Agreement
