Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Placement
Associate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the vendor/carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process
for client benefits strategies
Collect, summarize, and analyze proposal findings, making
recommendations for finalist carriers
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in health and benefit plans, preferably in
a consulting or insurance environment
Intermediate knowledge of fully-insured and self-funded funding
arrangements
State Life and Health license required within 90 days of
joining
Bachelor's degree preferred
Pursuit of CEBS designation or health and welfare underwriting
training desired
