Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist to provide
mental health support in school settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12
students and school staff
Participate in case discussions with team members and support
transitions to community care providers
Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff,
students, and families
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active license in New York to deliver mental health care (LCSW,
LMHC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD)
Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or
motivational interviewing
Experience delivering mental health services to children and youth
via telehealth
Ability to provide effective care to children and adults, including
crisis management
Access to reliable, high-speed internet
