Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Health Patient Services
Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and build rapport with patients through phone
interactions and video calls
Answer incoming calls, screen calls, and relay messages as
necessary
Verify patient insurance, communicate first visit expectations, and
assist with financial responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
High School diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience within the last two years
required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
required
Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required
