PT Solutions will have a clinic on site at Bluhawk, and we will be the preferred athletic training partner for the facility. AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk is a 400,000 square foot, state of the art sports facility that will host a variety of sports and events, including basketball, volleyball, hockey, ice skating, dance, cheer, pickleball, 5v5 soccer, wrestling, gymnastics, and bowling.PT Solutions starts with a true love of sports medicine and fuses that passion with science and training to create an unmatched standard of care for athletes.PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a physical therapist and athletic trainer owned private practice.   • Establish timely treatment plans for each patients specific needs
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
  • Orthopedic assessments and documentation
  • Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
  • Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
  • Field and venue setup Qualifications
    • Bachelor's in athletic training
    • State Licensureand certified by the American Board of Certification as an Athletic Trainer
