Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Technical Analyst Tier 2,
Contract Manager product suite.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to clients after product implementation,
managing complex product issues
Monitor system and product status, participate in corrective
workflows, and categorize support tickets
Communicate the status of support tickets to clients within agreed
service levels
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
within a healthcare revenue cycle environment
1+ years of experience with the Contract Manager product suite
Willingness to accommodate on-call evenings and weekends as
needed
1+ years of working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly
Salesforce
