T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for an attorney to join its Legal Team and work at one of its corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS, primarily supporting the Wholesale team.

This role will manage all aspects of wholesale partner contracts, including drafting, reviewing, revising, redlining, and negotiating. As Corporate Counsel, you will need to understand and manage the delicate balance between managing legal risk and supporting business growth. You will be ready to jump into action, working closely with senior attorneys and experience contracts negotiation managers to provide practical, strategic legal guidance to our business unit client.What you'll do in your role.

• Provide legal advice to a fast moving and complex business unit, with a focus on contractual relationships with wholesale resellers.
• Negotiate, draft, revise and manage wholesale partner contracts and all related agreements, to include new product launches in the wholesale space.
• Serve as trusted advisor for internal business clients across a range of cross-functional teams.
• Advise on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters, providing business-practical solutions.
• Drive departmental initiatives, including the development or redesign of legal support processes and templates to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business.The experience you'll bring.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a corporate or transactional attorney, with top law firm and/or relevant in-house experience
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited university
  • Current bar membership (in good standing) in the applicable jurisdiction
  • Superb written and oral communication skills are requiredPREFERED QUALIFCATIONS:

    • Keen pragmatic business sense with solid judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to translate the needs of senior leaders into action

    • Ability to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with ambiguous and ever-changing priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with legal and business professionals, with a variety of personalities, in a complex organization
    • Curiosity and ability to learn quickly

      Base Pay Range: $123,200 - $222,200Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
