A company is looking for a Lead Java Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java
applications
Architect solutions that adhere to best practices in software
development
Mentor and guide junior software engineers and interns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field; Master's preferred
Proven experience (8+ years) in Java development with a strong
understanding of Java frameworks
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best
coding practices
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
