Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to
provide hands-on software development and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, prototype, implement, and maintain software
solutions
Manage the software product through the entire SDLC and
troubleshoot complex technical issues
Build out the internal engineering team and collaborate with
various departments for product deployment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience with management
background
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field; MBA is a
plus
Strong technical background in computer software and SaaS
Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer with skills in
Python, C++, Node, and Angular
Experience managing remote and offshore teams
