Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to
manage technical support issues and facilitate communication
between customer support and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for technical support
escalations, ensuring proper documentation and prioritization
Triage incoming support requests and identify patterns that may
require engineering intervention
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide insights
into recurring customer issues and process improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a support, operations, or escalation
management role
Experience using support ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Linear,
Slack)
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
Basic familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs,
integrations, and debugging logs is a plus
